Non-sexually transmitted problem?

Im 13 and I began shaving my pubic hair awhile ago because it was irritating. I now have a small red bump with no hair growing out of it that is on the side of the base of my manhood. I am slightly worried, but, I do not wish to consult anyone I know about it. Would anyone know what that is? Please help.
