Why is my manhood in question?

I had a testicle removed due to cancer and now my libido is weaker so I have to take viagra to do the business. However my girlfriend found my pills and has threatened to dump me if I keep using them, she said she'd rather have no sex with me if I can't get it up naturally, I'm so depressed.
