Could virgins have herpes?

I've never had sex but I have kissed a girl who didn't exactly respect herself. It's been less than a month since we kissed (we broke up now) but I've noticed these bumps on my shaft lately. It could be my paranoia, because I've noticed bumps ever since i was a little kid, they just seem more prominent now. What could it be?
