Advice on how i can get over my bad anxiety with people?
Its real simple. Its usually a chemical imbalance that can be fixed with VITAMINS that contain the B complex. The B vitamins are very important for keeping us calm, relaxed, clear headed so dont worry okay??? You'll be fine. Try to retrain your brain to be positive. People with anxiety usually think what if, but what you have to think is so what, whats the worst that can happen...NOTHING. Im fine and I am in full control. I can start a conversation and if I feel uncomfortable I can leave the situation, the person, the office, etc... Start practicing whats on your resume before going on an interview. We all practice. One thing you don't have to stop is checking your doors and windows. I do that to. Its a safety precaution. If you think a boy wants to sleep with you just say well I'd rather meet at a cafe, a restaurant, the park or go to a movie. Anyway get to a doctor and ask about vitamins that help with relaxation or go to a pharmacist at a drug store. They will let you know and get outside and go walking, jogging with an ipod with some upbeat music. It will be okay. God Bless...
