Could I have anxiety or paranoia?
I would say your best bet would be to talk to a therapist or a guidance counselor. I used to have similar issues when I was your age. I wish I would've talked to someone then, because I feel like I lost a big part of my life, wasting it being paranoid all the time. There are professionals out there that can help with any advice or assistance you might need. Talk to your parents, tell them how you feel, talking things through and getting advice from your parents is sometimes the best thing. Just remember the world is not out to get you, you are a part of this world just like anything else, and you deserve to be here just as much.
