How can I tell if this woman is bi?

She states that she is not gay but is a huge femenist, drives a huge truck that is manual, talks a lot about her girlfriends showing affection to other girlfriends of hers...not neccessarily herself...does talk about going out to dinner with both woman friends and male friends...wanted to pay when she went out with a man and was taken back by him saying his manhood was offended...described how to get to a girls g spot as an educational guide...doesnt wear a ring but i know she was married and has kids...barely wears makeup...seems to spend a lot of time with female friends but also male friends..refers to herself as a sexual pervert...at first i was guessing but since she stated she is not gay im taken back. thoughts? esp about driving a huge manual truck because she enjoys outdoor camping and stating that she can do the same things men can do (competively)
