Guy who wear tight skinny jeans and girls who have guy friends that do wear them help?

I'm a guy and I wear tight skinny jeans all the time! I just don't know what to do with my…um…I'll just say my manhoods when I wear them. What are good techniques for it and how can I hide it also what underwear is the best for skinny jeans that don't rode up or show lines! What do you do and what do you wear! I'm open to anything and everything that works thanks!
