Do I have a testicle torsion (twisted testicle)?

Ok, so not to be gross or anything but 3 nights ago i had some pretty rough sex with this girl for about 3 hours and the next night my left testicle was really sore. The pain comes and goes, could it just be bruised? Or is it possibly twisted? I've scheduled an appointment with the Doctor tomorrow, but would just like to get a second opinion before the Doctor violates my manhood with an ultrasound device :o lol
