Why is this girl doing this?

There this Attractive women at work who keeps gazing at me,etc shes married and has a Ring.. But i notice she keeps looking at my Manhood evrytime im sitting down and got tight pants on,etc.. She gazes at it like a Its a Italian Sausage appetizer.. I even give her the look ~What u looking at~ and she puts her head down,etc.. I would casually check her out than she would try to get me too talk to her,but i ignore her than she would try to get in my way and bust out her cellphone like she wants me to get her number,but i dont.. Shes Married what bothers me is she keeps bothering me all the time repeating evrything i mentioned on a daily basis? Etc?
