Finding that you have some issues at an early age is good .What you do about it is most important.Your issues are carbon copies of what I went through in the beginning of my mood disorder.I was so paranoid that if I peeked out the window I would see police drive by,and no I was not taking any street drugs .Seek the attention of a doctor ,educate yourself about mood disorders,I have found that attending a support group helps the most.I found a DBSA group in my hometown.Check it out
