I need some weight loosing tips for summer?

Diet and exercise:) you have to burn more calories than you take in look up your basic metabolic rate online to see how many calories you burn in a day just by being alive start counting calories and eating healthy fruits vegetables lean meat whole wheats all that stuff for excercise you need cardio start running a mile everyday or intervals of running and walking until you can do the whole mile and you know sit ups and push ups and lunges all the fun stuff:)
