I've got a really personal question i need advice on?

I was at a club last week. It the one in Birmingham. In the male toilets near the urinals believe it or not they had MIRRORS there. When I went to do my business I couldn't help but notice the size through the mirror of the guys next to me's manhood. Mine was smaller. a lot smaller, and thinner. This whole thing has got me so embarrassed its totally killed my confidence in dealing with women and everything. I can't stand to look at myself naked because it just depressing. In case you're wondering i'm 21, turning 22 the day after tomorrow so i;m not a teen where I can hope it'll grow.
