Does masturbating and ejaculation make you look younger?

I don't know if its any logic that spilling your man juice at the end of masturbation will resolve in making you look younger, I think sperm contains hormones or whatever it is that pushes yourself to manhood, if kept ejaculating does it suppress looking older like an adult?
